Dr3dx
is a modern application developed using .NET, COM, C++ and C# technologies.
Its main purpose is to provide visualization and processing of spatial data.
The
main features are:
Load
and display point XYZ files.
Load
and display grid files.
Load
and display geo-referenced image files.
Load
and display vector files.
Load
and display data (NAV fixes, all digitized reflectors, regions, labels, etc)
directly
from DrGeo projects.
Load
and display Assay file.
Load
and display 3D block file.
Perform
cross-tie analysis of the DrGeo reflectors across
multiple project lines.
Save
results of cross-tie analysis back into DrGeo projects.
Can
use geodesy conversions between latitudes/longitudes and map projections when
loading/saving
data from/to DrGeo projects.
Can
do real-time barge mining.
The barge and the swinging cutter head are drawn in
real-time.
The cutter head cuts through the 3D block model. All removed/mined blocks
are
logged into Barge-Mining list. The list can be printed or saved to the file.
The summary report can be generated.
The
data can be viewed either in Orthographic 2D or Perspective 3D projections. All
graphics
is implemented using OpenGL.
In
Orthographic 2D view the data can be zoomed and panned.
In
Perspective 3D view the data can be zoomed, panned, rotated and exaggerated in
Z axis.
The
lighting and shadowing can be enabled/disabled when
drawing the data.
Multiple
data sets can be loaded and drawn at the same time.
The
data can be drawn in LONG and CROSS section views. The direction and size of
cross/long
section views can easily be defined using mouse. The section tool can
be
dragged around the main window.
The
data such as XYZ points and Grid can be color mapped using Palette color
management.
There are several palette calibration modes such as: by range,
by frequency, by step
increment,
user defined, etc.
The
axes styles and labels are user selectable.
There
is a number of data selection tools such as: above,
below, rectangle, inside
polygon,
outside polygon. The data can be selected for editing/deletion or query.
The
selected data coordinates XYZ will be displayed in the XYZ TAB when performing
Query command.
The
3D Perspective orientation parameters are user selectable.
The
Rendering parameters are user selectable.
The
current application state can be saved into a Workspace file. The Workspace
file
can
then be reloaded when needed.
There
are two measurement tools: measure distance and measure an internal angle.
Can
create surfaces from random XYZ points or vector coordinates using DTM tool.
The created surfaces are saved into Grid files.
Can
create contour lines and labels of the surfaces/grids.
The generated contours
are
saved into vector files.
All
displays can be printed including 3D graphics.
The
user can manually insert Labels into 3D displays. These labels can then be
saved
into
vector files.
Dr3dx
is protected by software Activation Code or by Hardware Dongle.
